You just have to trim it once in awhile. I think they die away in winter and come back in the spring if you don't completely dig it up. Hope this helps... :) JGAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30497139.post-46712633092822312162009-08-30T18:30:16.876-04:002009-08-30T18:30:16.876-04:00Is your neighbors name Jack?Is your neighbors name Jack?Candacehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02653051464158921494noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30497139.post-2862241308936351892009-08-28T17:05:45.524-04:002009-08-28T17:05:45.524-04:00IT'S NOT A BUSH! You just cut away anything that doesn't look like a bush. :)

k, right, it's a skill, which is why a) I pulled up the bushes next to my garage (which were in a tiny space anyway and only served one purpose, or one of them did anyway, which was to prevent the sun from hitting my garage door sensor during the right time of fall/spring and thus allow the door to close without me standing in the path of the sun) and b) I don't trim the bushes in front of the house.

But someone who knows how could show you, and then you could just copy them.zlionsfanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02966540737106797756noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30497139.post-41967892108507107062009-08-28T14:56:30.860-04:002009-08-28T14:56:30.860-04:00Robin - thanks for the advice! I would hate to kill the purple flowers that were around earlier this year and have since disappeared.

Kat(i)e - Ah, but how to trim it? I mean, I know how to trim a regular bush - there are branches you cut and shape. These things, do I just cut off the tops of their stalks? Do I just pull up some of the ones on the fringe of the group? Since it's not one big thing, but a bunch of smaller things, it's all very confusing :-)emshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11930035974431027909noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30497139.post-69182364945341582212009-08-28T14:30:07.655-04:002009-08-28T14:30:07.655-04:00Why don't you just trim the big green thing on...Why don't you just trim the big green thing once in awhile and it wouldn't get quite so big (yet still have some life to your lawn)?Kat(i)enoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30497139.post-43141117762605446192009-08-28T14:10:20.961-04:002009-08-28T14:10:20.961-04:00You could contact the horticulturist (sp), or anot...You could contact the horticulturist (sp), or another one.
